Marvin Fayman - Managing Director - Marvin has a strong abattoir and retail background. Marvin managed a public company in Australia consisting of 9 abattoirs and successfully established the Half-Case Warehouse Supermarket chain in Victoria and New South Wales in the 1970's. His experience in these areas coupled with his management background ensures that the company is well directed in developing long term associations within the retail, export meat and allied by-products industries. Ensuring that the company has the experience to enable to work with customers to meet their individual requirements on an extensive range of products and services.

Dean Schiller - General Manager - Dean has been involved in the export meat industry since 1978. Managing abattoirs and farming enterprises. He has experience in rendering, offal collection, boning room operations, slaughter floor operations, industrial relations, green field operations, product development and marketing and implementation of cost analysis and controls, restructuring and change programs. He has extensive international trading experience in all markets.

Jack (Hung) Tran - Far East and Asia - Jack joined the company in 2002. He has extensive knowledge of the Asian region, particularly China, Hong Kong, Korea , Vietnam and Taiwan. Jack is fluent in Cantonese and Vietnamese.
