Terms and Conditions

If you instruct us to effect delivery of the goods to a third party and to invoice a third party, we will act in accordance with your instructions. We will obviously act in accordance with your instructions and directions, however we confirm that:

• You remain the principal contracting party to the agreement;
• In the event that payment is not received from the third party you will be liable to us as principal contracting party;
• Our consent to follow your instructions and directions is not to be construed as a waiver of our rights arising out of the agreement with you nor is it to be construed that there is an agency agreement between us.
